Week 1, Day 2

The Week 1, Day 2 regimen looks like this:

Brisk 5-minute warm up walk
Alternate 60 seconds of running with 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes
5 minute cool-down walk

Today's weather: Partly cloudy and mild.  Light wind.
Route: 3 laps around neighborhood

Today was much harder, my legs felt exhausted before I even started out.  I think it was because today's run was after a long work day, and I had spent the entire day in 4 inch boots.  Lesson learned, don't wear 4 inch boots on running days.  I am sure my pace was quite a bit slower today because of it.
