Today's Weather: Drizzly, high 70s
Route: Laps around the neighborhood
Today was hard. My heart wasn't in it. I am under a lot of stress right now, and sleep-deprived. I made every excuse in the world to skip this run. But, I went, and I survived. I made it through all the intervals, and now I can mark it off my checklist.
