Week 3, Day 1

The Week 3, Day 1 regimen looks like this:

Brisk 5-minute warm-up walk
Jog 90 seconds
Walk 90 seconds
Jog 3 minutes
Walk 3 minutes
Jog 90 seconds
Walk 90 seconds
Jog 3 minutes
Walk 3 minutes
5-minute cool down walk

I was a little nervous about this week.  I was going from a 90 second run to a 3-minute run.  But it was no problem at all!  I cruised through both 3-minute runs without much problem.  During the second 3-minute run my legs were feeling heavy, but I still felt pretty good.  No issues with side stitches today, which was great.  Yay week 3!

Week 3, Day 1: COMPLETE!
